Based in the Detroit, Michigan, area, Brian Fettner is a longtime real estate investor who guides BT Foods and owns and operates a pair of Maverick’s locations. Brian Fettner named the restaurant after his pet Jack Russell, and he contributes a percentage of each sale to rescue organizations in the area.
